When is the coffee roasted? ⌄

We roast fresh. Twice a week.
Tiny Tiger coffee is never pre-roasted. We roast only after your order is confirmed. Your order will be handed to our courier partners within 5 business days of payment.

Where is my coffee? ⌄

If you selected Free Shipping (India Post):

Go to the official India Post tracking website: https://www.indiapost.gov.in
Click on "Track Consignment".
Enter your Consignment Number (Tracking ID) from your shipping confirmation email.
Enter the security captcha code shown on the screen.
Click "Track Now" to view your delivery status.

If you selected Express Shipping:

Open your shipping confirmation email.
Locate your Tracking Number and courier name.
Click the tracking link provided in the email or visit the courier's official website.
Enter your Tracking ID.
Click Track to see real-time delivery updates.

If you cannot find your tracking details, please keep your Order ID ready and contact us — we'll help you immediately.

Cancellations and Returns ⌄

Cancellations
Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.

Returns and Exchanges
We don't offer return of products, but we are happy to exchange in case of any quality defects.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us within 48 hours from the date of delivery at brew@tinytigercoffee.com.
Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
