We roast our coffee fresh, just for you! If you need to cancel your order, let us know within 24 hours of placing it or before we start roasting—whichever comes first. Once the beans go into the roaster, there's no turning back!

Returns & Refunds

We put our heart into every micro lot of Tiny Tiger Coffee and want you to love every sip. But if something's not quite right, we've got your back!

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

1. We offer returns within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. To return an item, drop us an email at tinytigercoffee@gmail.com with the following details, 

  • Name of the customer, 
  • Date of purchase and invoice number, 
  • The items you’d like refunded, 
  • A short reason for your return (We’d love to learn how to serve you better)

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  If the products are returned in poor condition or the pack has clearly been opened, we won’t proceed forward with the query.

3. Once your return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. 

4. Coffee Subscriptions – Refunds are pro-rated based on the number of shipments left.

5. Processing Time – Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your or original method of payment. The QC process will take a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 7 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

6. If issues persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order id on tinytigercoffee@gmail.com. we are available Monday-Saturday between 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. all pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.

Delayed Delivery? We've Got You!

We partner with trusted couriers, and most orders arrive within 4-7 working days. If your coffee is missing in action for more than 10 days post-dispatch, write to us and we will ensure that your coffee is delivered to you As Soon As Possible.

Note: This doesn’t apply if the delay is due to an incorrect address, no response from your end, or other receiver-side issues.
